SISSCA Officially Moves into Kunshan Haimei International Intelligent Robotics Industrial Park, Expanding Capacity and Embarking on a New Journey

On December 20, 2025, MACHVISION Corp. formally signed a plant purchase agreement with Kunshan Haimei International Intelligent Robotics Industrial Park. The signing ceremony was successfully concluded under the joint witness of senior executives from both parties. Mr. Fu-Sheng Chen, CEO of MACHVISION, and Mr. Kai Lu, Chairman and President of Haimei Group, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations, marking SISSCA’s official entry into the industrial park and opening a new chapter in the company’s strategic layout in mainland China.

 

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Ming Xia (KK), General Manager of MACHVISION’s PCB Business Group; Mr. Guang-Hao Yang, General Manager of MACHVISION’s Mainland China Operations Center; and Ms. Qi-Feng Zhu, Director of the Mainland China Management Department, who jointly witnessed this important milestone.

 

The acquisition of the new facility represents a major strategic investment by SISSCA in response to rapid business growth and its continued commitment to enhancing market competitiveness. The project aims to further expand the company’s production capacity in mainland China to meet the needs of sustained future growth, while optimizing office and operational environments in the East China region and comprehensively enhancing the company’s corporate image and overall strength.

 

The new facility is scheduled to complete renovation and officially commence operations before National Day next year. Looking ahead, SISSCA will continue to focus on technological innovation and capacity expansion, delivering higher-quality products and services to customers and working closely with partners to create a new future for intelligent manufacturing.
